Local MP raises questions over Defence Spending in Parliament

Local Gordon and Buchan MP Harriet Cross raised questions in the chamber regarding defence spending, following the Secretary of State for Defence coming to the House of Commons and informing Parliament of the serious situation occurring with the Yantar.
